How much shipping and handling will I pay?

Shipping by UPS ground service is calculated at 4% of your total order before taxes and applicable discounts are applied. UPS next-day air and two-day air service is available at an additional charge. Orders under $100.00 are charged an additional handling fee of $5.95.

What are the approximate delivery times for the various shipping services you offer?

Orders normally take 1-3 business days to be processed after receiving your credit card payment or faxed authorized and signed purchase order although it may take longer based on product availability. You may choose from a variety of shipping options for your order. Average shipping time for UPS Ground Service is 1-5 days depending on your location. Two-day air and next-day air service is also available at an additional charge. These approximate shipping times are in addition to the time it takes to process your order.

Can teachers and educators ship to a home address?

Yes, orders can be shipped to home addresses. However, orders for products that will be used in tax-exempt schools will be charged sales tax unless the order is shipped directly to the school.

What is LeapFrog SchoolHouse's return policy?

Any item purchased may be returned for a refund, credit to a purchase order, or credit to a customer account (contingent upon initial purchase payment terms). The return policy for merchandise is 30 days from the date of receipt. To return merchandise:

  1. Call LeapFrog SchoolHouse customer support at 1-800-883-7430 to discuss the nature of your return and to alert us of your intentions. When you call, please have your initial purchase information available-either your school's Purchase Order number or the LeapFrog SchoolHouse sales order number from your invoice or packing list.
  2. All returns must include original packaging.
  3. All returns must be marked with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to shipping back to LeapFrog SchoolHouse Returns Warehouse in order for the account to be credited. The return authorization process will begin upon your call to customer support. A customer service representative will contact you within five business days with the RMA number and the warehouse address. Both of these must be clearly marked on the shipping carton.
  4. Returned materials are shipped at the customer's expense to the provided warehouse address.
  5. Credit is issued upon receipt of product.
For non-defective exchanges, all of the above procedures apply. In most instances, credit will be issued for product cost and tax only (excludes shipping) to the customer account, and a new purchase order must be written and submitted for the desired material.
