Who can purchase products from the LeapFrog SchoolHouse Education Store?

Educators, homeschoolers, and parents, as well as public and private schools, preschools and libraries from the United States and U.S. Territories are welcomed to purchase from the LeapFrog SchoolHouse Education store.

How do I place an order?

When you have chosen your products, click the "Add to Cart" button. Clicking this button will place the item in your shopping cart and take you to your cart. At that point, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you have finished adding items to your cart and have made any changes to your product quantity, click the "Checkout" button and follow the steps for completing your purchase transaction.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

There is no minimum order requirement. However, purchases totaling less than $100 before taxes and shipping are charged an additional $5.95 handling fee.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. Gift certificate orders are also charged at the time of purchase.

Do public schools have to pay sales tax?

Public schools located in Arizona, California, North Carolina, South Carolina and Washington are required to pay sales tax. Sales tax is not collected from public schools located in all other states and the District of Columbia.

My organization is tax-exempt. How do I place an order that does not add sales tax?

Tax-exempt organizations must submit their Sales and Use Tax Exception Certificate to LeapFrog SchoolHouse before their order can be shipped. Certificates should be faxed to 510-420-5101 or mailed to LeapFrog SchoolHouse, Attn: Order Management, 6401 Hollis Street, Suite 175, Emeryville, CA 94608. Once the certificate has been received, the sales tax will be refunded to your credit card or removed from the PO invoice.

I'm a teacher and want to order a product for the school. Do I need to pay sales tax for the item?

Sales tax is applied to all orders that are shipped to a non-school address. Orders shipped directly to a school that is exempted from sales tax will be shipped free of sales tax.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders normally take 1-3 business days to be processed after receiving your credit card payment or faxed authorized and signed purchase order although it may take longer based on product availability. You may choose from a variety of shipping options for your order. Average shipping time for UPS Ground Service is 1-5 days depending on your location. Two-day air and next-day air service are also available at an additional charge.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped, best if changed within 24 hours of your order. Contact customer support at 1-800-883-7430.

What if I prefer not to place my order online?

You may place your order by phone 1-800-883-7430, fax 510-420-5101 or mail your order to LeapFrog SchoolHouse, Attn: Order Management, 6401 Hollis Street, Suite 175, Emeryville, CA 94608. Please note that some products and/or offers may only be available from the Education Store.

How can I track the status of an order?

You may track your order history by signing into the My Account section and clicking on My Order History.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation of your order at the time the order is placed. You will also receive a shipment confirmation email when your order ships.
