Creating an account with LeapFrog SchoolHouse allows us to make your shopping experience even more convenient. You will enjoy a faster, easier checkout by allowing us to pre-fill your shipping and billing information during the checkout process. Registering at LeapFrog Schoolhouse is easy! To create an account, click on Create Account, and then enter the required account information and password.

To change your password, begin by going to My Account. If you haven't already signed in, you'll be asked to sign in with your e-mail account and current password. If you've forgotten your password, just click on "If you've forgotten your password, please click here", and we'll e-mail it to you right away. For more information on forgetting your password in checkout, please read below.
 
After you've signed in to your account, you will come to a screen with options to edit your password and account information. Click on the Edit button next to your password and select a new password. Passwords require a minimum of 6 alphanumeric characters

In the event that you forget your password, LeapFrog SchoolHouse offers an easy-to-use retrieval process. Click on the Forgot your password? link and you can have a new temporary password e-mailed to you immediately.

To update your account information go to My Account and log in with your email address and password. You will automatically be taken to your account profile. Here you may update your name, email address, password, phone, billing and shipping address and credit card settings.

To update your school address go to My Account and log in with your email address and password. You will automatically be taken to your account profile. Here you may update your name, email address, password, phone, billing and shipping address and credit card settings.

You may view your order history by signing into the My Account section and click on My Order History.
